Theatre Severn

Theatre Severn was officially opened on 25 March 2009 and is situated on Frankwell Quay, a stunning riverside location and one of the main gateways into the town.

Arriving by public transport

If you arrive in Shrewsbury by train, the theatre is just a 10 minute walk along the riverside from the station. Or a couple of minutes less if arriving by bus at the main bus depot.

Travel

Shrewsbury is less than an hour from Birmingham, and 1 hour 40 from Manchester, Liverpool and Nottingham.

By car

Shrewsbury connects to the M6 and motorway network via the M54. The A49, A5, A53, A458 all make Shrewsbury easily accessible.

By rail

Shrewsbury train station is in the centre of the town and is linked by a regular main line rail service.
